Petrol Price Problem!!!

Petrol prices in India have skyrocketed through the roof,
Looks like soon we'll have to wear motorized shoes
Which will transport us freely everywhere
If prices increase further, we won't really care.

But seriously, an unprecedented increase by over Rs. 7 a litre,
The future looks bleak instead of things getting better.
Now our rickshawwallas and taxi drivers will demand a hike in fares
Prices of transportation of food will increase,
as trucks need diesel and petrol to distribute consumer wares.
And who is caught in the middle of all this, the common man!
Who now will have to account for rising petrol prices in his monthly household budget plan.
Looks like people will have to  depend more on our "efficient" public transport or car pools,
whereas our unaffected politicians will continue travelling in style with their battalion of chamchas like political fools
One solitary neta will have a fleet of 10 cars
filled with personal assistants, police and infinite bodyguards.
The rise in petrol prices have made India top the charts of one of the highest priced petrol countries in the world,
but by holding bandhs and burning effigies of politicians, this mystery of rising prices cannot be unfurled.
Did the government have to increase the price of petrol to such an extent!
since part of the petrol price is central and government levied taxes which are highly imprudent.
Some state governments have cut down or rolled back the tax,
but such a petrol price hike depreciated the rupee further against the greenback.
It seems there is no end to the woes of the Indian economy,
But for us common people the immediate solution is to make the most of what we get with our depreciating money.
Maybe we can all book electrical cars,
So hurry, rush now before stocks run out to the nearest showroom of the electric Reva!!
